addClass( class )

Adds the specified class(es) to each of the set of matched elements.
Arguments:
classString
One or more CSS classes to add to the elements, these are separated by spaces.

Examples:
Adds the class 'selected' to the matched elements.

$("p:last").addClass("selected");
