Adobe Photoshop Reserved Words
The following are reserved words within Adobe Photoshop:
- PhotoshopRegisterEvent: This parameter registers an event that has been converted from a four-digit special character to an integer. Please refer to the Find Character ID Code to Register Events section of Color Picker Panel tutorial to see how it is obtained and implemented.
- PhotoshopUnRegisterEvent: This parameter unregisters an event that has been converted from a four-digit special character to an integer. Please refer to the Find Character ID Code to Register Events section of Color Picker Panel tutorial to see how it is obtained and implemented.
- PhotoshopPersistent: This parameter allows an Adobe Photoshop Panel to continue communicating with Adobe Photoshop even though the Adobe Photoshop Panel is closed or minimized. Please refer to the Photoshop Persistent section of Shortcut Buttons Panel tutorial to show how it is implemented.
- PhotoshopUnPersistent: This parameter allows an Adobe Photoshop Panel to stop communicating with Adobe Photoshop even though the Adobe Photoshop Panel is closed or minimized. Please refer to the Photoshop Persistent section of Shortcut Buttons Panel tutorial to show how it is implemented.
- PhotoshopLoseFocus: This paramater tells Photoshop that the panel no longer wants keyboard focus.
- PhotoshopWorkspaceSet: This parameter is a callback used by Photoshop to "Set" the panels data from the workspace. See the Workspace example.
- PhotoshopWorkspaceGet: This parameter is a callback used to "Get" the panels data for Photoshop to store. See the Workspace example.
- PhotoshopWorkspaceData: This parameter gives the data associated with this panel back to Photoshop to store. See the Workspace example.
- PhotoshopWorkspaceAware: This parameter tells Photoshop that the panel is "Workspace" aware and wants all workspace messages. See the Workspace example.
The Adobe Photoshop reserved words are used as a parameter within CSXSInterface.instance.evalScript and must not be a named function within a JavaScript file.
